oh to have talented and generous friends

Storming ahead with album construction, it was the turn of the shipwreck being hulked to the surface and dragged to the sunny harboured yard for restoration track. The beats are mainly courtesy of the Contact residency collected samples. Bassline from the ole Korg and then i knew it required some melody plink plonk so the young and surprisingly well qualified Dylemma did the desired deed on her mammoth marimba. Unforeseen gift of melody and rhythm enhancement.

And then the wonderfully musical Daniel Weaver accepted my invite to master the saw. And he weathered the pain, yes lots of physical pain to make 3 saws sing for me in perfect (dis)harmony. Also thanks to Mark Pilkington for entrusting saws for the task, including grandad’s.

Vocals down tomoro and then another is complete :>
